What does an implementation team manager do?
I lead a team of specialists who are responsible for helping new customers successfully integrate IDology identity verification products and fraud solutions. I lead customer implementation projects myself, and I make sure that my team is trained, knowledgeable and fully prepared to provide technical expertise when helping to onboard new customers – which I love!

How are you able to help with that?
For example, last year we relaunched Scan Forensics Plus, an enhancement to our ExpectID® Scan Verify solution, which programmatically provides forensic-level, authenticity checks of ID documents. We also deployed our latest mobile web browser application which is easier for our customers to deploy and makes capturing document images faster and more efficient.
Working with our product team, I provided feedback on the new design and I also helped our marketing team develop new collateral introducing the solution and upgrades to new and existing customers. It was very cool leveraging my creative side and knowing my feedback and input were valued with this product revamp and marketing campaign.

How do you see document verification developing?
Digital ID document verification continues to be adopted by businesses in many industries. Having the ability to programmatically process and validate a document within a matter of seconds is something our customers increasingly rely on to make their customer onboarding more effective and to stop fraudulent, high-risk transactions.
Machine learning and biometric technologies look set to make identifying fake documents and declining a fraudulent transaction instantaneous. Having this capability not only protects our customers and saves them money, but it shows they are on the cutting edge of trust-building technology in the ever-evolving landscape of identity verification, KYC compliance, and fraud protection.
