The Supplier Data used to provide the IVA Bankruptcy Matching & IVA Premium Datasets is obtained from a number of GBG's Supplier. One of GBG’s Suppliers is The Stationery Office Limited. The Supplier has published the Supplier Data in accordance with its open source licence terms. GBG is obliged under the terms of the open source licence provided by its Supplier to ensure that all End Users agree to comply with the following licencing provisions. These Additional Terms apply to all IVA Bankruptcy Matching & IVA Premium Datasets. Individual IVA Bankruptcy Matching & IVA Premium Datasets can be identified by the ID Number listed on the End User’s Order Form.

1. DEFINITIONS
1.1 In these Additional Terms the following definitions shall apply in addition to the definitions set out in the General Terms:
“End User Data” means any data provided to GBG by the End User for processing in accordance with the terms of the Agreement including where relevant any personal data.
“Permitted Purpose” means the purposes, restrictions and or conditions for use of the Dataset outlined by the Supplier at clause 2.2 below in additional to the Customer Use Case set out in the Agreement and at clause 2.1.

2. USE OF THE SERVICE AND COPYRIGHT LICENCES
2.1This Dataset may only be used for the Customer Use Case detailed in this clause 2.1, provided that such Customer Use Case is selected on the End User’s Order Form and the End User complies with any use case restrictions set out in the Agreement or these Additional Terms:
• Fraud
• Law Enforcement
• Debt Collection
• Asset Reunification
• Evidence Gatherers (B2B/Private Sector)
• Affordability
• Customer Management (Appending)
• Customer Management (Data Quality)
• Customer Management (Indicators)
• Records Management (Appending)
• Records Management (Data Quality)

2.2 In addition to the Customer Use Case restrictions contained within clause 2.1 (including any conditions that apply to that Customer Use Case) the Supplier Data contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0 (http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/doc/open-government-licence/version/3/) which is incorporated into these Additional Terms.
2.3 The End User warrants that it will not use the Supplier Data for any reason outside of the Customer Use Case and Permitted Purpose.

3. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES
3.1 The Supplier Data contains data provided by third parties and as such the Supplier shall not be liable to the End User for any error or omission in the data supplied by such third parties or the failure by such third parties to supply data to the Supplier.

4. DATA PROTECTION AND COMPLIANCE WITH RELEVANT LAWS
4.1 GBG provides this Dataset in its capacity as an independent controller
4.2 GBG does not transfer End User Data to the Supplier to provide this Dataset.

5. TERMINATION
5.1 Notwithstanding the other termination provisions in the Agreement, under the terms of GBG’s agreement with its Supplier, the supply of this Dataset may be terminated at any time by giving the End User three months’ notice or immediately if the Supplier ceases to publish the Supplier Data.
