The Supplier Data used to provide GAS Flag and GAS Suppression is supplied by GBG’s Supplier. GBG is obliged under the terms of its agreement with its Supplier to ensure that all End Users agree to comply with the following licencing provisions. These Additional Terms apply to all GAS Datasets. Individual GAS Datasets can be identified by the ID Number listed on the End User’s Order Form.

1. DEFINITIONS
1.1. In these Additional Terms, the following definitions shall apply, in addition to the definitions set out in the General Terms and Product Terms:
“End User Data” any data provided to GBG by the End User for processing in accordance with the terms of the Agreement including where relevant any personal data.
“Permitted Purpose” means the purposes, restrictions and/or conditions for the use of the Dataset outlined by the Supplier as set out in clauses 2.3 – 2.5 below, in addition to the Customer Use Case set out in the Agreement and at clause 2.1.

2. USE OF THE DATASET
2.1. This Dataset may only be used for the Customer Use Cases detailed below, provided that such Customer Use Case is selected on the End User's Order Form and the End User complies with any use case restrictions set out in the Agreement:
• Fraud
• Law Enforcement
• Debt Collection or Recovery
• Asset Reunification
• Evidence Gatherers (B2B/Private Sector)
• Affordability
• Customer Management (Appending)
• Customer Management (Data Quality)
• Customer Management (Indicators)
• Records Management (Appending)
• Records Management (Data Quality)
2.2. In addition to the Customer Use Case restrictions contained within clause 2.1 (including any conditions that apply to that Customer Use Case) the following terms set out in clauses 2.3 – 2.5 also apply
2.3. The End User shall not use this Dataset for:
(a) the purpose of assessing creditworthiness (other than for the analysis or pre-screening of its prospects or customers); and/or
(b) for sub-licensing, selling or otherwise disclosing or making available the Supplier Data to any third party acting as a credit reference agency or as a supplier of information use for assessing creditworthiness (other than for the analysis or pre-screening of its prospects of customers)
2.4. The End User acknowledges and accepts that any information derived from the Supplier Data is not intended to be used as the sole basis for any business decision and is based upon data which is provided by third parties, the accuracy and/or completeness of which it would not be possible and/or economically viable for the Supplier or GBG to guarantee.
2.5. The End User shall not sell, transfer, sub-licence, distribute, commercially exploit or otherwise make available to, or use for the benefit of, any third party any of the Supplier Data.
2.6. The End User warrants that it will not use the Supplier Data for any reason outside of the Customer Use Case and Permitted Purpose.

3. DATA PROTECTION AND COMPLIANCE WITH RELEVANT LAWS
3.1 GBG provides this Dataset in its capacity as an independent controller
3.2 GBG does not transfer End User Data to the Supplier to provide this Dataset.

4. MATCHING RULE
4.1. This Dataset will be matched against the Default Matching Rule of Forename, Surname and Address. If required certain Variable Matching Rules may be requested by the End User in accordance with the Agreement.
