Your health and family matters

We help you to balance your wellness and care responsibilities. For example, when you come back from maternity, paternity or adoption leave we offer you the opportunity to return to work at 80% of your working week, but on 100% pay for 12 weeks.

Take up to 16 weeks maternity or 2 weeks paternity leave on full pay (family and medical leave up to 12 weeks but vacation, personal or sick time can be used as part of that leave) with a reduced (80%) week at full pay for 12 weeks when you return to work.
