The Solution can be delivered as a single ‘One-Off Batch’ process or via an ‘On-going’ arrangement which enables Customers to submit files periodically for GBG to process batches on an ongoing basis during the term of the agreement. Additional Terms

The Additional Terms are the special terms and conditions relating to particular Datasets and/or aspects of the Service as updated from time to time and will apply if the Customer has selected the relevant Dataset or particular aspect of the Service on the Order Form. The applicable Additional Terms can be identified by the Dataset Name and ID Number.

Data Processing Agreement

The Data Processing Agreement (“the DPA”) are the terms and conditions that forms part of an Agreement between the Parties for the Customer’s use of the Services which involves the Processing of Personal Data.
