GBG Detected

GBG's ‘GBG Detected’ is KYB solution that offers a Case Management system and API to facilitate business onboarding. GBG Detected enables businesses to offer their consumers a journey to register their business by simply submitting their business ‘Name’; ‘City’ and ‘Country of Registration’. This will then call out to 3rd party datasets to bring back any Businesses that match this information for the consumer to select. This will then open a ‘Profile’ of the business for GBG customers to review. Within this profile will contain data and information about the business for GBGs customers to make an informed decision as to whether they want to onboard that business. ID3global and IDscan will also be available within Detected – this means if more information is required about the business / UBOs or Directors – EIDV checks can be sent to the individuals to complete.

Standard Support Services

This Standard Support Services schedule sets out GBG’s service level commitment for the delivery of the Service and provides information as to how support for the Service can be accessed.

This sets our details of the support provided in relation to setting up the Service, when selected on the Order Form.

Additional Terms

The Additional Terms are the special terms and conditions relating to a particular Dataset and or aspect of the Service as updated from time to time and will apply if the Customer has selected the relevant Dataset or particular aspect of the Service on the Order Form. The applicable Additional Terms can be identified by the Dataset Name and ID Number.

Data Processing Agreement

The Data Processing Agreement (“the DPA”) are the terms and conditions that forms part of an Agreement between the Parties for the Customer’s use of the Services which involves the Processing of Personal Data.
