This Data Processing Agreement covers all processing across GB Group plc and its subsidiaries, such as Acuant, Inc., IDology, Inc, Loqate, Inc., Data Tools Pty Ltd etc as defined on the order paperwork you sign. They will be referred to as “GBG” throughout but will have the same meaning.
For each processing activity there will be standard data protection terms, then dependant upon the product you have taken or where you are based in the world other sections will apply.
Our goal is to make this easy for you to navigate, whilst ensuring appropriate terms are in place to ensure we each comply with our obligations under applicable law and clarity on expectations by each party regarding the handling of personal data. Information on how to navigate the DPA is included in our FAQs.
We appreciate it’s always helpful to understand some additional context as to why GBG has drafted terms in the way we have. To support you with this understanding, we have provided some FAQs which explains a number of clauses in more detail. For clarity, the FAQs do not form part of the DPA but are there to enhance your understanding.
