As part of our identity verification service ID3global, you currently have access to and use at least one of the following Datasets.
To be compliant with the new Chinese regulations, China’s Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL), and so you can continue to access this Dataset as part of your service, we need you to complete a form, which we will send to you in a separate email.
We have also updated the Additional Terms relating to 0361 China National ID Dataset and 0362 China Bank Card, which can be found here. These changes to the Additional Terms will apply to your use of this Dataset moving forwards and will be deemed to be Incorporated Into your Agreement.
To continue to access either the 0361 China National ID Dataset or the 0362 China Bank Card Dataset, you need to complete a form providing general information about the nature of your business, as well as evidence of the way in which you capture consent from the data subject. We will send this form to you in a separate email. We need you to return the completed form to us by 4 May 2022, as we must remove access to this dataset from 11 May 2022 for any customer for whom we do not have a completed form.
