As part of our identity verification service ID3global, you currently take the 0309 China Population Dataset from us (ID 100484). We are retiring this dataset on 21 June 2022 and replacing it with a superior alternative, the 0361 China National ID Dataset (ID Number 200296).
Our own monitoring shows us that this replacement has better availability and efficiency. There is no additional charge for using this Dataset.
The 0361 China National ID Dataset Is subject to Additional Terms, which can be found here. These will apply to your use of the 0361 China National ID Dataset moving forwards and will be deemed to be Incorporated Into your Agreement.
To access the replacement 0361 China National ID Dataset, you need to complete a form providing general information about the nature of your business, as well as evidence of the way in which you capture consent from the data subject. We will send this form to you in a separate email and require a response by 4 May 2022.
When you have returned the form to us, we will send you an Addendum to your Agreement via DocuSign.
Once we have received the completed form and the Addendum to your Agreement, you do not need to do anything else for this change to happen, our service management team are able to grant our professional services team temporary access to your profiles so they can take care of all the necessary changes.
If you do not want us to make these changes on your behalf and are comfortable switching from the 0309 - China Population Dataset to the 0361 - China National ID Dataset by yourself, please let us know when you return the form back to us.
