On 23 September, GB Group plc (the “Company”) confirmed its move to the ESCC segment of the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange ("Admission") with Admission to occur at 8.00am on Thursday, 30 October 2025 at which time the trading of the Company's shares on AIM is expected to be cancelled.
