You have a requirement to verify the identity of an individual for fraud prevention and detection purposes, such as, but not limited to, verification when purchasing or hire of goods and services, and protection of ID fraud.
You have a requirement to verify the identity of an individual for regulatory purposes, such as, but not limited to, Anti-Money Laundering and Age Verification.
This sets out details of the support provided in relation to setting up the Service, when selected on the Order Form.
The Additional Terms are the special terms and conditions relating to a particular Dataset and or aspect of the Service as updated from time to time and will apply if the Customer has selected the relevant Dataset or particular aspect of the Service on the Order Form. The applicable Additional Terms can be identified by the Dataset Name and ID Number.
