The Supplier Data that GBG uses to provide Brazil Address Data is supplied by GBG’s Data Supplier.
1. DATA PROTECTION AND COMPLIANCE WITH RELEVANT LAWS
1.1 GBG does not use Sub-processors to provide this element of the Service as the Supplier Data is hosted by GBG.
1.2 If Brazil Address Data is used outside of the terms of the Agreement, the End User acknowledges and agrees that such use may be subject to the following rules and penalties: Antipiracy, Law 10695, dated 07/01/2003, Copyright, Law 9610, dated 02/19/1998 and Intellectual Property, Law 9279, dated 05/14/1996, in all its extensions, regardless of any judicial or extrajudicial interpellation
