The Supplier Data used to provide the Dataset is provided by GBG’s Supplier. GBG is obliged under the terms of its agreement with its Supplier to ensure that all Customers agree to comply with the following licencing provisions:

1. DEFINITIONS
1.1. In these Additional Terms, the following definitions shall apply, in addition to the definitions set out in the Agreement:
“Permitted Purpose” means the purposes, restrictions and or conditions for use of the Dataset outlined by the Supplier as set out in these Additional Terms below in addition to the restrictions set out in the Agreement.

2. USE OF THE DATASET
2.1. The Customer shall not:
(1) Sell, sublicense, lease, time-share or otherwise make the Dataset available to any third party unless the Customer receives prior written approval.
(2) Use the Dataset to send or store infringing or unlawful material.
(3) Send or store viruses, worms, time bombs, Trojan horses, and other harmful or malicious code, files, scripts, agents, or programs via the Dataset.
(4) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, or disrupt the integrity or performance of, the Dataset or the data contained therein.
(5) Modify, copy, or create derivative works of the Dataset or reverse engineer any portion of the Dataset.
(6) Use the Dataset, or permit it to be used by others, for purposes of product evaluation, benchmarking, or other comparative analysis intended for publication without prior written consent.
(7) Use the Dataset for any of the following:
(a) Any case other than those expressly permitted under the Agreement;
- Login and access management authentication
- Creating and verifying knowledge-based authentication questions
- Performing identity and age verifications
- Performing identity velocity checks and alert notices
- Performing step-up decisioning
(b) To determine creditworthiness or for any other purpose that is, or would cause the Dataset to be, subject to the Fair Credit Reporting Act or any similar laws or regulations; and
(c) Using a mobile phone number that GBG provides to market for telecom services (per 2007 FCC CPNI Order or any applicable legislation), or for any other marketing purpose or to call, text, or otherwise contact the individuals directly based on any data that GBG provides.
2.2. The Customer warrants that it will not use this Dataset for any reason outside of the Permitted Purpose.
