The Supplier Data used to provide the Dataset is provided by GBG’s Supplier. GBG is obliged under the terms of its agreement with its Supplier to ensure that all Customers agree to comply with the following licencing provisions:

1. DEFINITIONS
1.1. In these Additional Terms, the following definitions shall apply, in addition to the definitions set out in the Agreement:
“Permitted Purpose” means the purposes, restrictions and or conditions for use of the Dataset outlined by the Supplier as set out in these Additional Terms below in addition to the restrictions set out in the Agreement.

2. USE OF THE DATASET
2.1. The Customer shall not and shall not allow any third party to:
(1) Disassemble, deconstruct, decompile, or otherwise reverse engineer the Dataset or any other software used in connection with the Dataset.
(2) Use the data obtained from the Dataset in any way to produce a result or functionality similar to the Dataset.
(3) Use the Dataset with computer-generated, random information.
(4) Use data or information from the Dataset to build, assemble, or otherwise compile a database for resale to or for access by a third party where such data is similar to the data or information derived from the Dataset or where such database provides functionality similar to the Dataset.
(5) Allow data or information from the Dataset to be used in any way to verify information from a third party in a manner similar to the manner in which the Dataset verifies information.
(6) Provide access to or data or information from the Dataset to any third party that compiles or resells data similar to the data provided to the Customer.
2.2. The Customer warrants that it will not use this Dataset for any reason outside of the Permitted Purpose.
