1. DEFINITION
In these Additional Terms, the following definition shall apply, in addition to the definitions set out in the General Terms and Product Terms:
“End User Data” means any data provided to GBG by the End User for processing in accordance with the terms of the Agreement including where relevant any personal data.
2. DATA PROTECTION AND COMPLIANCE WITH RELEVANT LAWS
2.1 The End User acknowledges and agrees that the End User Data provided for the supply of this element of the Service shall not be retained by GBG and its Supplier for more than twelve (12) months after it was provided to GBG.
