The Supplier Data used to provide US Business Verification Score, US Corporate Registration, US Industry Classification Datasets is supplied by GBG’s supplier, Enigma Technologies, Inc. GBG is obliged under the terms of its agreement with its Supplier to ensure that all End Users agree to comply with the following licencing provisions. These Additional Terms apply to US Business Verification Score, US Corporate Registration, US Industry Classification Datasets. Individual US Business Verification Score, US Corporate Registration, US Industry Classification Datasets can be identified by the ID number listed on the End User’s Order Form.

1. DEFINITIONS
1.1. In these Additional Terms, the following definitions shall apply, in addition to the definitions set out in the Agreement:
“End User Data” means any data provided to GBG by the End User for processing in accordance with the terms of the Agreement including where relevant any Personal Data.

2. USE OF THE DATASET
2.1. The End User shall not distribute, sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or use the Dataset – including any third-party code or data included in it (or any portion thereof) – for time-sharing, hosting, service provider, or similar purposes.
