The Supplier Data used for NZ Credit Header Source 2 is provided by Centrix.  GBG is obliged under the terms of its agreement with Centrix to ensure that all End Users agree to comply with the following licencing provisions:

1. USE OF THE DATASET

1.1         The End user agrees that it will comply with its direct agreement with Centrix. 

1.2         The End User agrees that, in accordance with the End User’s direct agreement with Centrix, the End User consent to and approves access to this Source via Centrix.

1.3        The End User agrees and acknowledges that any contractual relationship with Centrix in respect of use of this Source as part of the Service is subject to the laws of New Zealand, including any relevant privacy laws and regulations.

1.4 Centrix has provided a suggested wording when using Centrix consumer credit reporting services. Please note the End User must satisfy itself of compliance with the IPP3A under the agreement with Centrix and GBG. The wording below is not legal advice or an acknowledgement that it complies with the obligations in the End User's agreement with Centrix or GBG, and only relates to personal information that the End User may share with Centrix when using their credit reporting services:

We will provide your personal information to Centrix Group Limited when we use their consumer credit reporting services (for example for credit checking). Details of how Centrix handles your personal information can be found here: https://www.centrix.co.nz/privacy-statement. Centrix will collect your credit information for the purpose of providing credit reporting services to us and other subscribers to Centrix consumer credit reporting services, and Centrix will use and disclosure your credit information in accordance with the Centrix Privacy Statement. You have rights of access to and correction of your credit information and any other personal information held by Centrix as set out in Centrix Privacy Statement
