Any use of the Supplier Data other than as authorised under these Additional Terms and the Agreement or copyright law is prohibited. By exercising any rights to the Supplier Data provided, The End User accepts and agrees to be bound by these Additional Terms.
1.2 The End User acknowledges that the Supplier Data is sourced from LINZ Data Service and this Licence is granted on the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Public License (CC BY 4.0) published at creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/legalcode, amended as follows:
a) The definition of “Licensed Material” in CC BY 4.0 includes the Supplier Data.
