1. USE OF THE DATASET
1.1 The End User acknowledges and agrees that, upon utilising this Dataset, the Supplier will credit the bank account of the data subject, for whom an identity verification check is conducted, with the lowest denomination of local currency (for example, £0.01). Prior to performing the identity verification check, the End User shall inform the relevant data subject that their bank account will be credited as specified above.
