The Supplier Data used to provide the Insolvency Dataset is obtained from a number of GBG's Supplier. One of GBG’s Suppliers is The Stationery Office Limited. The Supplier has published the Supplier Data in accordance with its open source licence terms. GBG is obliged under the terms of the open source licence provided by its Supplier to ensure that all End Users agree to comply with the following licencing provisions:

1. USE OF THE SERVICE AND COPYRIGHT LICENCES
1.1 The Supplier Data contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0 (http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/doc/open­government­licence/version/3/) which is incorporated into these Additional Terms.

2. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES
2.1 The Supplier Data contains data provided by third parties and as such the Supplier shall not be liable to the End User for any error or omission in the data supplied by such third parties or the failure by such third parties to supply data to the Supplier.
