The Supplier Data used to provide Hong Kong Address Data S58 is obtained from GBG’s Supplier. GBG is obliged under the terms of its agreement with its Supplier to ensure that all End Users agree to comply with the following provisions:

1. DEFINITIONS
   1.1. In these Additional Terms, the following definitions shall apply, in addition to the definitions set out in the Agreement:
   “Government” means the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
2. USE OF THE DATASET
   2.1. The End User shall clearly identify the source of the Supplier Data and give proper attribution to the Government and DATA.GOV.HK.
   2.2. The End User acknowledges and accepts the Government is the owner of the Intellectual Property Rights in the Supplier Data and in all copies including but not limited to paper copies, digital copies and copies placed on any websites.
3. INDEMNIFICATION
   3.1. The End User agrees to indemnify, defend and hold GBG harmless from any allegations or claims of infringement of any third-party rights and all costs, losses, damages and liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the End User’s use, reproduction and/or distribution of the Supplier Data.
4. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
   4.1. The Supplier Data are provided on an “as is” basis. No statement, representation, or warranty of any kind (whether express or implied) is given in relation to the Supplier Data (including the accuracy, completeness, non-infringement, reliability, security, timeliness, and appropriateness of the Supplier Data for use in any particular circumstances).
   4.2. GBG and the Government shall not be liable for any errors, omissions, misstatements, or misrepresentations (express or implied), concerning the Supplier Data, and shall not be liable for any loss, destruction or damage (including without limitation consequential loss, destruction or damage) howsoever arising from or in respect of any use or misuse of or reliance on the Supplier Data, or any inability to use the Supplier Data.
5. COPYRIGHT NOTICE - The Supplier Data in this Dataset contains data, the intellectual property rights in which are owned by the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
