The Supplier Data used to provide EIIR Insolvency Data is supplied by GBG’s Supplier. GBG is obliged under the terms of its agreement with its Supplier to ensure that all End Users agree to comply with the following provisions:

1. USE OF THIS DATASET
1.1 The End User shall:
a) Under no circumstances reproduce the Supplier Data, the Service or provide a similar service using the Supplier Data or information extracted from it; and
b) Not retain information in respect of an individual after that individual’s data is removed from the Service and the Supplier Data save where it may be retained under Applicable Data Protection Laws;
1.2 The Supplier shall have the right to make any changes to the Supplier Data which are necessary to comply with any applicable law, or which do not materially affect the nature or quality of the Supplier Data. In the event of any changes, GBG shall notify the End User.
