GBG provides this Dataset as part of the Service. The End User agrees to comply with the following licencing provisions. 

1. USE OF THE DATASET
2.1. The End User acknowledges that, given the nature of this Dataset, the End User will not use the Results as the sole basis for any business decision.
2.2. The End User acknowledges that this Dataset is subject to the territorial restrictions of any other Datasets needed for the supply of this Dataset.

2. TERMINATION
2.1. Notwithstanding the termination provisions between GBG and the End User in the Agreement, the supply of this Dataset can be terminated at any time if such supply is no longer possible under the terms of the agreement that GBG has in place with its Suppliers or if the supply of any other Dataset needed for the supply of this Dataset is terminated.
