GBG is obliged under the terms of its agreement with its Supplier to ensure that all End Users agree to comply with the following licensing provisions:

1. DEFINITIONS
1.1. In these Additional Terms, the following definitions shall apply, in addition to the definitions set out in Agreement:
“End User Data” means any data provided to GBG by the End User for processing in accordance with the terms of the Agreement including where relevant any personal data. 

2. USE OF THE DATASET
2.1 The End User must not provide the Supplier Data or Results to any other third party.
2.2 The End User is responsible for the accuracy of the input of the End User Data for this Dataset.
2.3 The End User will ensure that each search conducted for the New Zealand Dataset relates to the name of a specific individual with whom the End User has an existing or prospective business relationship, and the individual is made aware and agreed (whether implied or not) that an identity verification check will be conducted with third party organisations.
2.4 The End User acknowledges and accepts that Data Zoo acts as GBG's appointed service provider, responsible for accessing the Services on behalf of the End User. Prior to the use of the Dataset, the End User must sign the Centrix Application Form for AML access, acknowledging that it has read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of the agreement with Centrix Group Limited, Centrix Data One Ltd and Data Zoo.

2.5 Centrix has provided a suggested wording when using Centrix consumer credit reporting services. Please note the End User must satisfy itself of compliance with the IPP3A under the agreement with Centrix and GBG. The wording below is not legal advice or an acknowledgement that it complies with the obligations in the End User's agreement with Centrix or GBG, and only relates to personal information that the End User may share with Centrix when using their credit reporting services:

We will provide your personal information to Centrix Group Limited when we use their consumer credit reporting services (for example for credit checking). Details of how Centrix handles your personal information can be found here: https://www.centrix.co.nz/privacy-statement. Centrix will collect your credit information for the purpose of providing credit reporting services to us and other subscribers to Centrix consumer credit reporting services, and Centrix will use and disclosure your credit information in accordance with the Centrix Privacy Statement. You have rights of access to and correction of your credit information and any other personal information held by Centrix as set out in Centrix Privacy Statement
