1. USE OF THE DATASET
1.1 The End User acknowledges and agrees that, upon utilising this Dataset, the Supplier may credit the bank account of the data subject, for whom a bank validation check is conducted, with the lowest denomination of local currency (for example, £0.01). Prior to performing the bank validation check, the End User shall inform the relevant data subject that their bank account will be credited as specified above.
1.2 Use of this Dataset is limited to one-time validations with the intent of executing a payment.
