GB Group and TransUnion Continue to Drive Global Cross Border Trading

London – 23rd February 2012 – GB Group PLC,  GB Group announced today that it has further expanded its strategic alliance with TransUnion to provide full age, identity and anti-money laundering verification to businesses wishing to trade with South African citizens.  This follows the launch of GB Group’s verification service for Canadian citizens with TransUnion in June 2011.

GB Group’s global Identity Verification tool enables organisations to make an instant decision on the authenticity of a consumer’s personal details.  Using a risk-based approach to identity verification, GB Group’s ID3 technology enables a client to decide if they should accept a new customer into their business, based on validating common personal details including name, address and age even physical location.
