GBG is working closely with Home Office and Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) to help employers meet newly released guidance for Right to Work and Criminal Record Checks for the vacancies government urgently needs employers to fill.
The Home Office has enabled all employers to recruit remotely by amending Right to Work check guidance. Employers can now undertake checks:

The DBS has introduced a new to help fast track urgent recruitment for emergency NHS workers, healthcare professionals, social workers and pharmacists. GBG is supporting organisations to activate checks for applicable roles within two-working hours.
Eligibility for the COVID-19 job roles is taken from The Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (Commencement No. 16) Order 2020 and is listed on the DBS website here.
