• The Supplier hosts the Supplier Data
• The Supplier receives and processes End User Data in its capacity as an independent controller
• The Supplier is based in the United Kingdom
• The United Kingdom is deemed to offer an adequate level of data protection by the European Commission

The Supplier Data that used for Land Registry Extract Service is provided by GBG’s Supplier, HM Land Registry (“Land Registry”). GBG is obliged under the terms of its agreement with Land Registry to ensure that all End Users agree to comply with the following licencing provisions:

1. DEFINITIONS
1.1. In these Additional Terms, the following definitions shall apply, in addition to the definitions set out in the General Terms and Product Terms:
“End User Data” means any data provided to GBG by the End User for processing in accordance with the terms of the Agreement including where relevant any personal data.
“Permitted Purpose” means the purposes, restrictions and or conditions for the use of the Dataset outlined by the Supplier as set out in clauses 2.3 – 2.4 below, in addition to the Customer Use Case set out in the Agreement and at clause 2.1

2. USE OF THIS DATASET
2.1 This Dataset may only be used for the Customer Use Cases detailed in this clause 2.1 , provided that such Customer Use Case is selected on the End User's Order Form and the End User complies with any use case restrictions set out in the Agreement or these Additional Terms:
• Fraud
• Law Enforcement
• Debt Collection or Recovery
• Asset Reunification
• Evidence Gatherers (B2B/Private Sector)
• Affordability
• Media
2.2 In addition to the Customer Use Case restrictions contained within clause 2.1 (including any conditions that apply to that Customer Use Case) the following terms set out in clauses 2.3-2.4 also apply.
2.3 The Supplier Data contains public sector information which is Crown Copyright. The End User acknowledges and accepts that responsibility for ensuring compliance with the terms of the Crown Copyright will lie solely with the End User.
2.4 The End User shall not edit, alter or amend the Supplier Data. Where an End User is explicitly permitted in its Agreement with GBG to publish or otherwise share the Supplier Data with any other third party (for example as an authorised reseller or channel partner), the End User must ensure that all additional End Users who receive or access the Supplier Data receive a copy of these Additional Terms and associated copyright notices.
2.5 The End User warrants that it will not use the Dataset for any reason outside the Customer Use Case and Permitted Purpose.

3. DATA PROTECTION AND COMPLIANCE WITH RELEVANT LAWS
3.1 The Supplier Data used to provide you with this Dataset is hosted by Land Registry in the United Kingdom. In order to deliver the Dataset, the Supplier shall receive and process End User Data in its capacity as an independent controller. 
3.2 The United Kingdom is deemed to offer an adequate level of data protection for personal data by the European Commission, therefore the Parties acknowledge that End User Data can be safely transferred to Land Registry for processing without further data export safeguards. 

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
4.1 All proprietary rights in the Supplier Data are subject to Crown copyright and protection. The End User does not have the right to use or reproduce the registered trademarks and logos of Land Registry without Land Registry’s prior written permission. Any loss of revenue or costs (including legal costs) attributable to such infringement will be payable by the End User.
