• GBG hosts the Supplier Data
• No Sub-processors used

The data that GBG uses to provide the Loan Application Data is supplied by GBG’s Data Supplier. GBG is obliged under the terms of its agreement with its Data Supplier to ensure that all End Users agree to comply with the following provisions:

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1 In these Additional Terms, the following definitions shall apply, in addition to the definitions set out in the General Terms:

“End User” means the Client, the beneficiary of the Service or Data, or the channel partner providing the Service to the Client or beneficiary of the Service or Data.

“Permitted Purpose” means (1) Tracing, verification and validation of identity - The tracing by End Users of Data Subjects for the purpose of debt collection, national security, crime prevention and detection, anti-fraud and anti-money laundering processes and asset reunification. Checking of identities. Individual reference or lookup services; and/or (2) Data enhancement - To assist an End User that a Data Subject has a relationship with, to reconnect with the Data Subject, by updating and improving the accuracy of existing information.

2. USE OF THE SERVICE

2.1 The End User may only use the Loan Application Data for the Permitted Purpose in accordance with the terms contained within these terms.  

3. END USER OBLIGATIONS

3.1 Where GBG appends Supplier Data to an End User data record, the End User agrees that it shall assume responsibility as the Controller for such personal data within the Supplier Data. 

4. DATA PROTECTION AND COMPLIANCE WITH RELEVANT LAWS

4.1 GBG does not use Sub-processors to provide you with this element of the Service as the Supplier Data is hosted locally by GBG.
