FAQs

Emails generated by KnowYourPeople e.g. password reset emails, should only take a few minutes to be received. If you do not receive an expected email, please check your junk/spam folder.

If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot Password on the KnowYourPeople login page. Enter your email address and click Submit. You will receive an automated email which will contain details on how to reset your account password.

If you do not receive an email, and you have checked your junk/spam folder, you should contact your administrator or KnowYourPeople support.

For security purposes, if incorrect login details are entered repeatedly, your account will be locked for a short period of time.

Please ensure that you enter both your username and the password correctly. Don’t forget, the password field is case sensitive.
